I have been providing Housing Rehab Consultant services to several Cities, Towns, and Non-profit Organizations throughout Massachusetts over the past 25-plus years, and have worked with Housing Rehab Coordinators, Community Development Directors, Housing Directors, and Program Managers throughout the State of Massachusetts, and without question, Dawn Odell Lemon rates among the top 1 percent of them all.

It has been a privilege working with Dawn for the past 4 years. Dawn is a very hard-working person who is always helpful and willing to go out of her way to assist in any situation beyond what was required of her and did whatever was needed to resolve any problems. Dawn is very organized, responsible, and diligent with helping resolve any issues that might arise between the contractors and clients. She possesses great communication skills and is an individual who is able to work with different personalities with utmost professionalism and integrity. Dealing with Dawn was always a blessing.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dawn Lemon for the past three years. First and foremost, Dawn is by far the most organized and detail oriented of all the agencies workers I have dealt with since 1990! Additionally, she has gone farther than anyone I know in truly understanding the State Lead Law, meeting with me several times at various sites to educate herself about the law and the practical and technical aspects of the Deleading process.
